Delhi - Agra - Khajuraho - Varanasi - Delhi

Arrive Delhi. Transfer to hotel. Day at leisure. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast proceed for full day tour of Old & New Delhi. Delhi tour includes the famous Red Fort surrounded by shops and bazaars, the Jama Masjid mosque, Chandni Chowk (Old Delhi's business and shopping center) Qutub Minar, India Gate, Safdarjungs Tomb, Bahai (Lotus) temple etc. Also drive past Rashtrapati Bhawan - 340 room official residence of the President of India, and Sansad Bhawan - seat of the Indian Parliament. Overnight in the hotel.

After breakfast drive to Agra. On arrival in Agra, check in the hotel. Later in the afternoon half day city tour. Visit the Taj Mahal One of the wonders of the world located on the banks of the River Yamuna.Overnight stay at the hotel.

Breakfast at Hotel and transfer to Railway station in time to catch SHATABDI EXPRESS for Jhansi (230 Kms). You will be met on arrival at Jhansi and driven to Khajuraho (181 Kms). Enroute visit Orchha -a small town, set amongst a beautiful complex of well preserved palaces and temples. Proceed further to reach Khajuraho. On arrival check in the hotel. Overnight stay at the hotel.

After breakfast visit world famous temples of Khajuraho built by the Chandelas between 950 A.D. and 1050 A.D. The world renowned temple town of Khajuraho is recognized by UNESCO as a world heritage site for its archaeological and historical monuments. Of the 85 original temples, 22 have survived till today to constitute one of the world's great artistic wonders. The erotic sculptures on the exterior of temples have always been the cause of curiosity. Overnight stay at the hotel.

Day 06 : Khajuraho - Varanasi (By Air / 220 km / 2 Hours)

Breakfast at the hotel. Afternoon transfer to airport in time to take flight for Varanasi departing at 13:30 Hrs. Transfer to hotel on arrival in Varanasi.

After breakfast full day tour of the city. In this ancient city of pilgrimage, the bathing ghats are main attraction. People flock here in large numbers every day to take bath and worship in the temples built beside the river bank. Centuries old tradition to offer puja to the rising Sun is still maintained. Visit the Kashi Vishwanath Temple, Bharat Mata Temple, Durga temple, Tulsi Manas mandir, Banaras Hindu University. Afternoon visit Sarnath, where Lord Buddha, after enlightenment, gave his first sermon. Visit the Stupa, the Buddhist temple and the museum.

Breakfast at the hotel. Morning at leisure. Afternoon transfer to airport to catch flight to Delhi. Reach Delhi and check in the hotel. Evening free for shopping. Overnight in the hotel.
